This role will have you working in a busy multi-franchise site, based at Maroochydore.

You will be working closely with the Service Manager and be focused on managing and exceeding the customers' expectations.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the satisfactory resolution of all customer complaintsProviding the best customer experienceBeing proactive in promoting customer loyalty and referralsFollowing up and responding to CRM TelemarketingAchieving retail gross $'s as per daily targetCompleting all paperwork to the highest standardEnsuring the workshop is booked to 100% dailyThe successful applicant will possess:
Full Australian working rightsExperience as a Service AdvisorBe professional and well presentedGood PC SkillsValid manual licenceAbility to work effectively within a positive team environmentIn return you will be rewarded with a good remuneration package, with strong incentives.
This is negotiable, based on experience.
Top performers should be earning around c$95,000.
