Our client is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join their team as a Service Advisor at their site based in Broome. This role would ideally suit someone currently doing this type of role or similar.

The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the customer and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties include:
Meeting and greeting clients, customers and visitorsAnswering all incoming calls and directing appropriatelyTaking enquiries and service bookingsKeeping customers up to date with vehicle progressEstimating the cost and time needed to complete a jobLiaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frameGaining authorisation for extra workHelping bring new business into the service departmentSkills and experience:
Must have high attention to detailPrevious experience as a Service Advisor is essentialMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skillsExceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone mannerSound knowledge of auto mechanicsA good remuneration package is on offer, including good retainer and uncapped commissions.
