This multi-franchised, family-owned dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who is looking for a successful, long-term career in a welcoming environment. Experience and familiarity with the top automotive franchises and working in a dealership environment is a must. Duties of the role: Ensuring the satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints Providing the best customer experience Being proactive in promoting customer loyalty and referrals Achieving retail gross $'s as per daily target Completing all paperwork to the highest standard Ensuring the workshop is booked to 100% daily This is an excellent opportunity to join their dedicated team in this small, but busy service department. The successful applicant will have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, enthusiastic attitude and strong customer focus along with sound mechanical knowledge and computer literacy. Experience with Toyota will be highly regarded. Applicants must also have a proven track record of performance and stability along with a strong work focus. You must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Full ongoing training and development is provided with complete management support available at all times. An attractive remuneration package will be discussed with the successful applicant and will be dependent on experience. Standard superannuation will be paid.
