Location
A city perched on the Burnett River and one that is proud to be one of the nation's most productive agricultural regions, this city is situated just shy of 400 kilometers from Brisbane and provides education, transport, health, and sporting facilities.
The Role
This is an extremely important role within the Service Department. A challenging role that reports to the Service Manager. It requires an initiative-taking, energetic but patient individual. On the go constantly, the Service Advisor takes new service bookings, deals face to face with customers, establishes their needs, and offers additional services to protect their investment. Placing importance on customer service, the advisor will monitor the status of the repair, communicate with workshop staff & the customer throughout, and then complete relative documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months Service Advisor experience Effective communication and selling skills Great time management and organizational skills Ability to problem solve in a timely manner Full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident) Be professional and well presented Ability to work effectively within a positive team environment Valid Queensland licence (QLD) In return, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary package and quarterly bonus scheme which will be discussed at the interview and is dependent upon experience.
