The Client Major group Privately owned Third generation Great longevity, well established Large workshop, two locations The Location Situated in an inner-northern suburb of Adelaide and only 6klms from the centre of the city.

The Role In this role you will collaborate with fellow Advisors being the first point of contact for the Service customer.
You will report to your Service/Assistant Service Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring dealer clientele are greeted professionally be it on the phone or at the counter.
Deal with customer bookings, provide general advice on required vehicle maintenance via the repair order and ensure clear communication is maintained between the front desk and the workshop staff.
Being able to work under pressure is without doubt a skill set required for this role as is being able to work with other departments within the dealership.
The Role Requirements Truck experience is preferred however light vehicle experience will be considered.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are mandatory.
You will be an organized individual who has great time management.
Full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident) Be professional and well presented.
Microsoft Office, DMS knowledge Ability to work effectively within a positive team environment.
Valid manual licence (SA) In return you will be rewarded with an excellent salary package consisting of retainer, monthly commission, and superannuation.
Remuneration retainer will be commensurate to your experience.
