Service Advisor (Ah7569)

Our client is a well-established dealership that is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Shepparton, Victoria.
This role will suit a motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment. Likewise, this is a great opportunity to join a high performing, professional team with multiple brands.
Duties will include:
Taking enquiries and making service bookings Liaising with the workshop staff to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and up to company standard Answering queries (technical and general) from customers Providing timely follow-ups to customers Establishing and developing effective customer relationships Excellent phone manner and written communication High attention to detail Good knowledge of vehicle servicing procedures High level of personal commitment to success in customer service Experience in a dealership-based position in administration/service advisor is highly advantageous Valid Australian driver's license Additional information:
