My client, a dealer of the year for two consecutive years, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their busy team in Dandenong.
With over 840 employees and multiple awards across Victoria and Tasmania, they pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service and offering a supportive, rewarding work environment.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive high-quality service and have a seamless experience throughout their visit. You will work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure every customer is well-informed and their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and manage service bookings
Provide quotes, updates, and information on vehicle services and repairs
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure timely, efficient service
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Process orders, warranties, and payments

About You

Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (automotive industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
A customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ideally familiar with ERA systems (though training will be provided if not)
A positive, team-oriented mindset
