REQUIREMENTS
Enthusiastic with high energy 
Strong communication skills both in French and English
Outgoing and friendly personality
Computer and software proficiency
Previous service advisor experience would be an asset
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed
Explain the type and cost of services offered
Act as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians
Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
