Service Adviser

We are continuing to experience strong growth and are on the search for an experienced Servicer Adviser to join our friendly team in Bairnsdale .
Key Responsibilities:
Booking and scheduling service appointments Communicate clearly with customers on scheduling, service options and pricing Provide customers with quotes and regular updates on the repair Liaise with workshop staff so that all work is complete correctly and on time Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up with our customers Demonstrated Skills and Experience:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain service scheduling and progress updates An ability to easily and effectively communicate with workshop and inter-departmental employees Strong administrative skills for scheduling and invoicing to ensure smooth operations Trade and industry experience would be highly regarded Employee Benefits:
