We are continuing to experience strong growth and are on the search for an experienced Servicer Adviser to join our friendly team in Bairnsdale.
Key Responsibilities: Booking and scheduling service appointmentsCommunicate clearly with customers on scheduling, service options and pricingProvide customers with quotes and regular updates on the repairLiaise with workshop staff so that all work is complete correctly and on timeEnsure timely invoicing and follow-up with our customersDemonstrated Skills and Experience: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain service scheduling and progress updatesAn ability to easily and effectively communicate with workshop and inter-departmental employeesStrong administrative skills for scheduling and invoicing to ensure smooth operationsTrade and industry experience would be highly regardedEmployee Benefits: Competitive and above hourly rate and overtimeFull time 38hrs (p/week) friendly work hoursFamily business with a strong family culture and valuesThe opportunity to build a successful career and progress your way through businessIf you are interested in this role please email your resume to ****** or call Joe Harton on (03) 51521*** for further information.
