Qualifications & experience Proven administration and organisational skills Excellent people and customer service skills A happy/positive can-do attitude in the workplace The willingness to learn new skills and procedures A strong compliance and safety driven workplace attitude Experience in the industry advantageous The ability to multi-task. Well-presented Good English and mathematics skills. Tasks & responsibilities Provide a welcoming positive experience for our clients. Meet with clients as the first point of contact for service enquiries Accurately record client information and requests Create and co-ordinate service bookings for client's vehicles & earthmoving equipment Manage the daily progress of vehicles and maintain contact with clients to inform of any updates or changes Provide quotes for service and repair enquiries Parts ordering Prepare & issue invoices upon job completion. Use workshop software systems to manage client and vehicle details, quotes, parts orders and invoices Provide support to the technicians who are in the field and workshop.
