About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, we are looking for a motivated Administrator to be based at our Rockingham branch. You will be an all-round administrator who can work independently, be self-motivated and use your exceptional organisation skills to provide administrative support across a variety of tasks to the service team to maintain and enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities Raising customer service jobs /repair orders
Invoicing of customer service jobs
Assisting with the scheduling of services
Organise/book travel/accommodation
Timesheet Data Entry
Addressing customer queries
Processing Expense Claims
Purchasing and Accounts Payable workflow
Update and manage databases, filing and archiving
About you Cert III in Business Administration OR minimum 2 years relevant administrative experience
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Strong MS Word and Excel skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
Initiative and self-drive
Problem solving skills
