Position : Service Administrator
Location : Longford TAS
Job Information :
Midland Tractors is the Tasmanian Dealer for John Deere Agricultural Products, Silvan Spraying & Farming Equipment and Segway Power Sports.
We service a diverse range of customers with quality, well renowned equipment and after sales support and service.
We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our Longford team.

Responsibilities include :

Reception duties
Control of repair orders - updating costs and invoicing
Process warranty claims
Processing of service purchase orders and invoices
Filing of paperwork

Essential Criteria :

Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrator support role
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration desirable
Highly motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Office and Dealer Business Systems
Good communication skills
Highly organised
