Service Administrator

Position: Service Administrator Location: Longford TAS Job Information: Midland Tractors is the Tasmanian Dealer for John Deere Agricultural Products, Silvan Spraying & Farming Equipment and Segway Power Sports. We service a diverse range of customers with quality, well renowned equipment and after sales support and service. We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our Longford team. Responsibilities include: Reception duties Control of repair orders - updating costs and invoicing Process warranty claims Processing of service purchase orders and invoices Filing of paperwork Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrator support role Certificate III or IV in Business Administration desirable Highly motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Office and Dealer Business Systems Good communication skills Highly organised We can offer you: Competency based remuneration package including RDO Supportive team environment Ongoing training and personal development Uniform If you think you have the expertise and experience and would like to join the team, please submit your application to the Systems & Resources Manager via Seek or send us an email at
