Service Administrator

Full time TRILITY is seeking a driven Service Administrator to join our professional team in Torrensville SA.
The role The role will see you provide service support and be responsible for the administration for the SA/NT Service Team as well as support the Internal Sales team as required.
Key Responsibilities Maintain service client relations via telephone and email with the occasional face to face meetings Generate service customer quotations, contracts and site requests Entry of time sheet allocations to job files, compilation of time sheets and entry into SAP Process completed job sheets including invoicing and filing Stock control for all service jobs, including picking from the store Dispatch of jobs and parts out of Service Shop Keeping manuals up-to-date in Workshop and Service Vehicles Organise travel for the Service Technicians Assist Service Manager with short to long range resource planning Produce and manage service documentation and records including "Field Aware" records Verify and enter supplier invoices for payment by the Finance department Record minutes of Toolbox Meeting, Handover & Service Department Meetings Training coordination of Service team staff Actively support Internal Sales team with field enquiries, sales quotations, stock picking/ packing/dispatch Other administration duties as required What we are looking for Experience in scheduling and administration of service / maintenance related work or similar Strong administrative, organisation and communication skills Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite Ability to read & understand technical equipment manuals to determine spare parts & servicing requirements Ability to liaise with suppliers for spare parts pricing & quotes High level of customer service commitment Ability to work well in a team environment Water Treatment/Industry experience highly regarded Experience with using SAP desirable Why TRILITY?
