TRILITY is seeking a driven Service Administrator to join our professional team in Torrensville SA.
The role The role will see you provide service support and be responsible for the administration for the SA/NT Service Team as well as support the Internal Sales team as required.
Key Responsibilities Maintain service client relations via telephone and email with the occasional face to face meetingsGenerate service customer quotations, contracts and site requestsEntry of time sheet allocations to job files, compilation of time sheets and entry into SAPProcess completed job sheets including invoicing and filingStock control for all service jobs, including picking from the storeDispatch of jobs and parts out of Service ShopKeeping manuals up-to-date in Workshop and Service VehiclesOrganise travel for the Service TechniciansAssist Service Manager with short to long range resource planningProduce and manage service documentation and records including "Field Aware" recordsVerify and enter supplier invoices for payment by the Finance departmentRecord minutes of Toolbox Meeting, Handover & Service Department MeetingsTraining coordination of Service team staffActively support Internal Sales team with field enquiries, sales quotations, stock picking/ packing/dispatchOther administration duties as requiredWhat we are looking for Experience in scheduling and administration of service / maintenance related work or similarStrong administrative, organisation and communication skillsIntermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft SuiteAbility to read & understand technical equipment manuals to determine spare parts & servicing requirementsAbility to liaise with suppliers for spare parts pricing & quotesHigh level of customer service commitmentAbility to work well in a team environmentWater Treatment/Industry experience highly regardedExperience with using SAP desirableWhy TRILITY?
