Service Administrator Weir MineralsPort Hedland OnsitePurpose of Role: Join our dynamic team at the Port Hedland Service Centre!We're looking for a dedicated professional to support our operations and ensure smooth administration across various tasks related to the Ironbridge service level agreement, Stage 3 construction preparation, SHE, and ISO compliance.In this role, you'll work closely with the Service Centre Manager to coordinate and manage service projects and jobs.

Key Responsibilities: Data management of jobs from start to finish using SAPAdministration of SAP database for the service centre including generation of required reportsMonitor and expedite parts for jobs!Manage consumables and stock levels for the Workshop, Office and Kitchen Supplies.Manage contractor management through RAPID and SINE.Manage Contractors to maintain our maintenance and service schedules for the premises and equipment.Administration of purchase requisition process and expediting of purchase orders, ensure deliveries are on time, good receipting.Assist in providing reports to Service Manager on a weekly basis.Arrange travel bookings and accommodation.Maintain contact and relationship with suppliers/ subcontractors for work in progressAssist in management of the facility maintenanceAdministration of ISO and NATA documentationCompliance administration is maintained and organizedAttend Training courses and keep up to date with Safety legislations.Travel to Perth as required for face-to-face training.Enter workforce labours hours to payroll system.Weekly customer WIP reportsSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Certificate in Business, management or leadership or finance is desirableSAP Experience and knowledge essentialHigh level skill in Excel EssentialMining Industry Experience advantageousFounded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
