Dispatch Representative
About the Role:
Core Talent is seeking a Dispatch Representative to join our team in North West Sydney. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage up to 40-50 technician bookings daily
Schedule jobs and dispatch technicians using job management software
Keep clients updated on technician arrival times
Use Slack for real-time communication and support
Track technician times and update spreadsheets
Maintain strong relationships with clients and staff
Ensure job accuracy and close out tasks efficiently
Handle client expectations regarding parts and service times
Perform additional office tasks as needed
About You:
2+ years of experience preferred but not required
Professional and highly organized
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Committed to exceeding client expectations
