About the Role
Reporting to the relevant Supervisor, you will provide timely and effective administrative services to the Branch, Workshop, and Builds Team, as well as its customers.
You will develop relationships and build trust.
Key ResponsibilitiesRaise job cards/repair orders and costing job cardsInvoice jobsAssist with scheduling of servicesSite mobilisation functionsAddress customer queriesProvide fortnightly WIP report to review invoice targetsUpdate databases, filing, and generating reportsDevelop build manuals for Liebherr new machine assembliesFormalize defect reports from machine inspectionsCompile commissioning document requestsAbout YouCert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant administrative experienceAdvanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiencyInitiative and self-driveProblem-solving skillsSense of pride and high attention to detail in all that you doProficient oral and written communication skillsWhat We Can Offer You
