Position: Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

The Role:
As a Service Administrator within the Varley Fleet Services business located in Carrington, NSW, you will play a key role within the administration team. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient coordination and processing of customer service requests.
Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Create and manage service requests, jobs, purchase orders as well as preparing invoices using business systems.
Communicate regularly with customers & suppliers to provide updates on service requests, address concerns or issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Take ownership of customer complaints and escalations, working collaboratively with service teams to find effective solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimise service administration procedures.
Assisting with administrative tasks as required to support business operations.
Manage documentation and service records from service teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and standards.
The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for:
Knowledge & experience in service industry processes i.e. Job control, invoicing, inventory, and supplier management.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Have an eye for detail, with ability to follow processes and procedures.
Held previous administration or service roles within automotive or defence industry.
High level of computer literacy.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience with Epicor and/or Salesforce systems is highly regarded.
Defence or government background also highly regarded, Veterans encouraged to apply!
