Main responsibilities include: Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicingOpening and closing monthly reoccurring service jobsMaintenance of local databases to track WIPAssist with building, plant and tool maintenancePayroll support and timesheet entryPurchase order and invoice processingCompile information required for internal & external auditsAs the ideal candidate you will have: Previous experience in a similar service administrative function within an industrial businessExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential)The ability to work overtime as required in peak periods (eg: end of month)The ability to be adaptable and work in a fast paced environmentAt Hitachi, we value our people and work towards providing guidance on your career path towards a rewarding and successful experience.
