The Role
As the Service Administrator you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the business as well as the coordination and management of routine maintenance, repairs, callout reporting, quoting and invoicing.
Ideally you will manage client relationships and utilise software to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Generate monthly service tasks and handle additional tasks as needed.
Administer completed tasks in Uptick, including reporting and invoicing.
Assist with quoting for new business and engaging subcontractors.
Issue and reconcile purchase orders.
Provide feedback and support to technicians.
Act as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries and requests.
Monitor service delivery performance for timely task completion.
Implement best practices to enhance service efficiency.
Identify opportunities for service and revenue improvements.
Manage communications, business forms, and documents.
Handle data entry, insurance renewals, quote comparisons, and tenders.
Enter bills into MYOB, reconcile accounts, and compile payables.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced and dynamic service administrator with:
Experience in service management within fire protection or building services.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with job management software and Office365 or Google Suite.
Additional advantageous experience includes:
Knowledge of Uptick software and MYOB.
Ability to improve operational efficiencies.
Understanding of Australian Standards (AS1851 2012) for fire safety.
