Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Provide administrative support and advice to the business as required Lead and oversee administrative support for Brisbane coordinators, branch admin and other regions in the business as required Train service operations admin staff where necessary (i.e.
scheduler training) Oversee the management of the technician schedule and site access bookings Ensure accurate reporting and assist with seamless induction processes for new employees Efficient management of invoicing, and customer inquiries in a high-volume environment Collaborate with the Service Manager and others to meet KPI targets Develop strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders What we are looking for An ideal candidate will demonstrate their similar administration & customer service experience, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes: The ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
Good written & verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Good negotiation & influencing skills Competent project management skills Financial competency Exceptional time management Ability to work under pressure and multitask Proven experience in leading a service maintenance coordination and deployment team Culture Most importantly the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy and Success .
