About your new roleThis is your opportunity to make a difference and help drive the success of the team. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is a key link between the workshop and the customer and is an integral part of securing revenue for CFS to meet its budget targets.
ResponsibilitiesPerform ongoing supervision of workshop administration teamBe the point of escalation for any issues that have a great level of complexitySupport and mentor colleagues when necessaryMonitor the centralised workshop mailbox and ensure that emails are processed in a timely mannerEnsure that jobs in workshop dashboard are maintained, with aged jobs monitored and actioned accordinglyPlan and schedule the allocation of labour and parts for jobs to satisfy customer requirementsWhat you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will enjoy leading a team and mentoring your colleagues. Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role within a workshop environment. Additionally, you will have:
