The Role We are currently seeking a candidate for a maternity leave cover (12-16 months) in our service operations department; this role will involve working closely with the service department with customer service bookings. The position requires making outbound calls to customers to arrange service equipment bookings.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will have a demonstrated track record of good administration skills and be able to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities Maintain a customer rapport via ongoing/regular communication with external customers. Plan and organize road service to ensure maximum calling on the customer base. Investigate equipment issues at customer sites and recommend solutions in consultation with the Service Controller and Service Manager. Supply equipment details on the "Quote Request" form for the service department for quote preparation processes when quotes are requested from customers while field duties are being performed. Regularly analyze and produce customer base KPIs and audit current records. Investigate and resolve any general customer problems and provide a high level of support that exceeds customer expectations. Provide the Service Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly live running reports on PMP progress and achievements (i.e., Graph). Qualifications / Experience Certificate II and III in Business Administration would be an advantage. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Good written and oral communication skills.
