You will be provided with company phone, laptop and car About the Role: Working with our well-established Service Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers to ensure they are receiving a service that meets their needs and that Alsco Uniforms is achieving its growth targets.
Our customers vary from Hotels, Restaurants, Shops, Schools, Hospitals, and more industry sectors.
In this role you will be: Performing key account visits and actively maintaining good client relationships Resolving customer service problems and complaints Supporting the sales team with on-boarding new customers Reporting, and maintaining accurate records, as per branch guidelines Working closely with the Service Delivery team members to ensure service levels are being maintained to the right quality standard You will be provided with a car to enable you to complete regular customer visits.
You will enjoy interacting with other people regularly and pride yourself on representing Alsco with customers and the community.
Key skills and experience required: At leaset 2 - 3 year key account management experiences is required.
Experiences with B2B hospitality is advantageous.
Proficient understanding of office applications; MS Word, Excel & Outlook A valid driving licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Your excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills will assist you in achieving your weekly KPIs and our ambitious growth targets.
