Anglicare Piper House, Dapto Job Description Summary Join our dedicated team at Piper House, Dapto, and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
As a Servery Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and enjoyable meals.
Your responsibilities will include preparing, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Position Description Specific Accountabilities Prepare and serve meals in accordance with Anglicare requirements, ensuring adherence to temperature, texture, and presentation standards.
Cater to individual resident preferences, maintaining detailed records and conducting satisfaction surveys.
Manage and develop the servery team, ensuring their safety and optimal performance.
Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents, contributing to their emotional well-being.
Contribute to food ordering processes and safety culture initiatives.
Education and Experience Experience in a servery/hospitality environment.
Experience in managing/leading staff.
