About the role Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the Servery department. To delight and inspire customers through an engaging customer experience in preparing and delivering a quality range of premium meat cuts and products, and maximising profit.
Being a specialist, you will coach, develop and inspire team members to ensure they have the capability to create a unique shopping experience for customers. A retail meat trade qualification (i.e. Certificate II or III in Meat Retailing) is preferred but not required.
You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
