Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.Your Responsibilities:Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service.Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go above and beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System.Understand all reservations systems and iPad systems for seating charts.Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods.Follow brand policies, procedures and service standards.Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.Follow hotel time and attendance policy.Follow grooming and attire guidelines.Must be available to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, evenings and weekends.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous Food & Beverage experience an asset.Previous point of sale system experience an asset, but not required.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.Highly responsible & reliable.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.Ability to speak, read and write in English.Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Constant standing and walking throughout shift.Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.Visa Requirements: Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?
