Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering evidence-based healthcare to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
As a Health Services Manager, you'll make a positive impact by:
Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and allied health staff Overseeing clinical and corporate governance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare delivery Managing budgets and resources effectively for sustainable health service operations Embedding continuous improvement practices for compliance and accreditation Ensuring the integrity of patient management systems and records are maintained Supporting recruitment, training, and development of clinical and non-clinical staff Managing ethical behaviour in accordance with relevant standards, values and policies Promoting equity, diversity, and occupational health standards across the workplace Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role you'll have:
Experience at a senior level in leading and managing complex multidisciplinary health services Postgraduate qualifications in Healthcare Management or Business Administration are highly desirable Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive healthcare services Impact a better future at Serco. About Clarence Correctional Centre Opened in mid-2020, this 1,700-bed state-of-the-art facility is the largest correctional Centre in Australia. Located on the beautiful NSW North Coast approx. 6 hours' drive from Sydney and 3.5 hours from Brisbane, our region offers rainforests, epic headlands, sand dunes and some of the best Australian beaches with a variety of multi-cultural cafes, restaurants, and friendly community towns.
