Working within a supportive team, you'll contribute to a collaborative culture focused on patient care. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 5:54 am–2:00 pm or 1:54 pm–10:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities Removing waste receptacles from various locations around the Hospital Ensuring there are clean receptacles readily available Aligning with sustainability targets Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively Adhering to infection control procedures and hospital protocols Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly To be successful in this role you'll have: Previous experience in a Waste Management role Knowledge of safe chemical handling and infection control procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays As a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span across the areas of Justice, Immigration, Defence, Space, Customer Services, Health, and Urban Mobility.
