Services include kitchen filter exchange, canopy and exhaust cleaning, and air conditioning filter maintenance.Lotus Commercial is currently seeking a Brisbane-based Manager to join our close-knit team based in Brendale in Brisbane's northside, which provides services across Queensland and Northern NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, self-motivated individual. The successful candidate would possess a strong sense of ownership, be customer-centric, and be great at time management.Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll manage a team of field technicians and some office-based schedulers.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple teams effectively, maintaining standards, efficiencies, and a strong focus on safety.Key Attributes/Skills/Experiences:Experience in leading and motivating teams in person and remotely.Safety First attitude and exceptional knowledge of health & safety practices.Customer-focused approach, experience in complaint handling and problem solving.Track record of revenue growth and development and ability to manage & meet KPIs.Enjoy working in the field supervising technicians, willingness to train and develop a team.Trades or experience in people management advantageous.The role will require flexibility in working hours to meet operational and compliance requirements.Positions like this are for driven individuals who enjoy a challenge, fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to grow with a continually growing business - if this sounds like something that would interest you then please apply.
