About you You are an experienced paid media specialist, handling various client accounts, mainly on Google Ads platforms  You have 10-15 hours per week for additional work (both hands-on and strategy).
You wouldn't mind facing the client and owning the account 100% (yes, we understand this is a freelance contract).
What am I accountable for?
You will be hands-on across the strategy and execution of your clients' projects within a friendly and professional remote environment with the full support of our talented Growth team.
Provide deliverables that align with working towards client's KPI's and challenges Perform SEO keyword research Research and analyse competitors' landscape Report on technical SEO performance Perform technical audits of web properties to identify issues inhibiting organic success Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords Analyse site backlink profiles, coordinate outreach and implement link-building campaigns Identify internal linking optimisations Present in-depth findings and results to various stakeholders on at least a monthly basis Identify opportunities for and help build automated processes Lead full-cycle SEO initiatives for our key clients Contribute to and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) based on previous performance and future strategy.
Who will I be working with?
For each project, we form a team called a Pod - each Pod has a Pod Leader (Account Manager/Project Manager), and 1-2 specialists.
This role requires client-facing meetings, with the involvement of the client's Internal Marketing team.
Other members in the SEO team.
What knowledge and skills do I require to be successful?
Proven experience (5+ years) in all areas of SEO Excellent understanding of modern search engine algorithms and ranking factors Good Technical SEO Background Experience with leading third-party SEO Tools (like Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Botify, ScreamingFrog, etc.)
Experienced Google Analytics 4, GSC user Ability to compile and analyse search data and metrics for making data-driven decisions Good communication skills: for client interactions, solution presentations, QBRs How about meetings?
We acknowledge the freelance nature of this role, but we need you to join our client's meetings, including but not limited to WIP, QBRs, budget alignment, and others.
However, our Account Manager will handle the majority of client communication.
We only need you to answer our clients' technical questions and address strategy and performance issues.
You can expect 1-2 client meetings per week and a quick catch-up meeting with our Head of SEO.
All of these will be scheduled a week in advance to accommodate your schedule.
