About the Role Looking for someone who lives and breathes SEO and wants to complement the existing SEO team and will set an SEO strategy. The group has only a small number of quality clients to avoid time being split between a huge number of priorities.

Responsibilities Making growth and business decisions alongside the SEO director to help improve performance. Upskilling the team through training, mentorship, and progression plans. Managing big accounts and communicating with clients. Planning, road mapping, and project managing technical SEO campaigns and accounts. Completing audits and breaking them down into client-specific recommendations that will drive results. Building out/improving Google Data Studio dashboards. Qualifications Technical SEO Expert. Experience managing a team. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve goals. Interest in working with national brands. Passion for training and mentoring others to excel. Desire to grow the team and deliver outstanding results. Organized and proficient with tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and knowledgeable about processes and strategy. Aim to grow a career in SEO.
