We're seeking an experienced Group SEO Manager to join our Brisbane office and lead the organic search strategy across our portfolio of brands.

About the RoleAs Group SEO Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple brands, ensuring best practices are followed and driving continuous improvement in organic search performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute group-wide SEO strategies aligned with business objectives, managing implementation across multiple websites and digital properties.Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities.Conduct regular SEO audits and develop actionable recommendations for technical improvements, content optimization, and link building strategies.Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, creating detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, implementing new strategies as appropriate.Manage relationships with external SEO tools providers and agencies as needed.Required Qualifications5+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and driving traffic growth.Deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link building strategies.Experience with enterprise SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog).Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Excellent project management and team leadership abilities.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing SEO for multiple brands or websites simultaneously.Experience with enterprise CMS platforms.Digital marketing certifications from Google or other recognized bodies.BenefitsCompetitive salary package including superannuation.Flexible working arrangements including hybrid office/remote options.Professional development and training opportunities.Health and wellness benefits.Regular team events and social activities.Modern office in central Brisbane location.
