You'll be expected to:Assist the SEO Manager to plan, manage, and executing SEO strategies, including but not limited to account setup, cross-channel strategy development, and team managementConducting keyword research across campaigns and sales presentations to highlight key opportunitiesOngoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on-page, off-page, and SEO content ideation and planningDemonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead projectsDaily use of reporting, analytics, and trend toolsOccasionally providing opportunity analysis and new business support for prospective clientsCreate technical recommendations to clients and provide audits of client websitesQualifications1-2 Years' experience in the organic search industryExperience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Search Console, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush to analyze organic search and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by dataStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and project managementGood communication skills are a must as this is a hands-on role that is client-facing.Not afraid to get involved, and is willing to contribute to Hatched Sydney's culture.Be willing to share industry knowledge with other team membersInterest in Conversion Rate Optimisation as our team is hands-on when recommending onsite optimisation approaches that extended into improving the on-page experience of a cust
