Overview Work Type: Full time
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
We are searching for a talented SEO Executive to join our team.
You'll primarily focus on learning and implementing SEO strategies for an exciting portfolio that includes some of Australia's leading eCommerce retailers.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, preferably in an agency, with a genuine interest in and passion for SEO.
You should be familiar with on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and have some experience in link building.
You're likely someone who loves getting hands-on, learning new things, and being the ultimate team player.
Your Responsibilities Conduct competitor research & identify keyword opportunities for a variety of clients Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like GA4, Ahrefs and Search Console Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and digital PR initiatives Work with SEO Managers to execute tailored digital strategies including on-page optimisation, technical SEO, link building, and content strategy Stay updated on industry trends and share insights Required Skills and Knowledge Strong time management and communication skills Foundational understanding of SEO principles and tools Creative content creation abilities A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (regarded but not essential) You collaborate effectively with clients, leveraging senior support You're proactive and motivated, always supporting your team You anticipate industry opportunities for agency and team growth You innovate and offer strategic insights to enhance all client accounts We understand the tendency to underestimate oneself or hesitate to apply when not meeting every requirement.
