Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications) Full time Up to $190k package + up to 25% annual bonus A company undergoing rapid growth is seeking a Head of SEO to lead the development and optimisation of its search marketing strategy. We're looking for an experienced candidate who is well versed in creating and implementing SEO strategies within fast-paced, commercial environments. We are open to candidates with working rights in Australia and New Zealand who are ready to relocate to Brisbane. You will:Proactively monitor and optimise SEO performance against competitorsOversee a team of 5 direct reports – leadership opportunity!A nice mix of strategic leadership and hands on execution (60/40)Ensure technical SEO is fully optimised by collaborating with the wider IT teamAlign the overarching business strategy with your annually developed Program of WorkUse KPI's to track performanceBoost lead gen, drive maximum visibility and increase trafficDrive on and off site SEO optimisation efforts What we're looking for:An experienced candidate skilled in developing and executing SEO strategies in fast-paced commercial environmentsSkilled at translating SEO initiatives into measurable business outcomesStrong leadership and motivational experience with technical teamsBackground in fintech or related industriesLeadership experience
