The Experience Account Director is responsible for implementing and refining an exceptional Experience product, which may include experience and Ecommerce consulting, SEO, CRO and content strategy.
You will lead a high performing team of Managers and you will constantly push for better client results and a leading-edge product. You will be responsible for the strategy, development and growth of an exceptional Experience product.
Your Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to your client base, helping them to continually innovate and improve upon their Experience and Ecommerce ecosystems.Implement and refine a common set of products nationally with a unified approach, methodology, marketing collateral and training (in collaboration with the National Product Leads)Oversee your team's product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day invoicing and billingRecruit, develop, and lead a team of Senior/Managers, Executives and AssistantsBusiness development with new and existing clients; including contributing to pitches, proposals, case studies & acting on opportunities as they crop upBuild strong relationships with the media, key clients, third party planners, sister agencies, and the Resolution Digital teamYour Expertise:
You will have experience with emerging marketing technologies, enhancing digital customer experiences and driving revenue growth across digital platforms. Good analytical, consulting & communications skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are a must-have.
Proven experience in a SEO or Digital Experience position.Experience managing a highly productive teamFamiliarity with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, SEMrush, DeepCrawl) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics)Proven ability to develop a customized SEO strategy to meet a client's business objectivesExperience across CRO and/or eCommerce would be advantageousWant to be a part of the team?
