This includes modernisingWesCEF's laptop provisioning processes, improving the impactand capability of meeting room technology and optimising technologyassets such as scan and print services - to ensure strongcommercial outcomes and improved user experience for WesCEF.Reporting to Workplace TechnologyManager, you will be responsible for providing senior level supportto the various WesCEF business while providing strategic thinkingand direction to the team.In addition, you will:Design, implement and maintain the Standard OperatingEnvironment for all team member workstations, mobile devicesand virtual desktopsContribute towards optimising productivity and end userexperience through implementing and executing effectiveoperational processes and proceduresEnsure technical solutions meet appropriate quality andoperational standards whilst adhering to Cyber SecurityrequirementsMaintain oversight of Meeting Room and Printer technologiesto ensure it meets WesCEF's quality, cost and performancerequirementsResearch and implement new technologies and services, todrive improvements for end user functionality including thedevelopment of technology roadmaps to be presented to keybusiness stakeholdersProvide and deliver training to help team members improveproductivity with workplace technology platforms.Assist broader IT team with challenging problems includinghands-on support where necessaryRun small projects and activities from time to timeThis role is primarily basedat WesCEF's Murdoch office however at least one (1) day aweek will be required at our Kwinana location.Please note our Murdochoffice will be relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025.About YouMinimum 2 to 3+ years of experience as a SeniorEngineerExperience and knowledge of related Microsoft stack toolssuch as Microsoft Active Directory, Defender, M365, MECM,Windows 10/11, Windows Virtual Desktop, Autopilot andIntuneBe experienced up to Level 3 technical support.Ability to respond quickly, competently, and patientlyincluding able to gather information, evaluate options andoffer working solutions.Experience in hardware device selection and management(e.g. Laptops, Workstations, Mobile Devices)Experience with Microsoft platforms such as Exchange,Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc. would be idealExperience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs and/orCisco Webex devices would be of benefit though notessentialCompetitive remuneration with allocation of Wesfarmersshares and participation in our annual incentiveplan.
