About the opportunity As a Workplace Relations Specialist, you will offer valuable expertise and advice to leaders and team members, ensuring a proactive and effective management of employee relations risks throughout the organisation. A significant part of the role involves analysing and interpreting the industrial and public sector framework, leading engagement with key internal and external stakeholders and steering strategic initiatives.
This unique and integral role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and collaborates extensively across the organisation while working closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team fostering a harmonious and risk-aware work environment across the organisation. In this pivotal role, not only will you provide expert specialist advice, but you will also be a key player on the leadership team. As a trusted advisor, your insights will help shape strategic decisions of the organisation.
The ideal candidate is proactive and solution-focused with a wealth of expertise and a capacity to nurture relationships across all levels of the organisation. Your contributions will be critical in shaping the strategic direction of Suburban Rail Loop Authority's workplace practices, making you a pivotal force in driving the organisation towards success.
