As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor at Cater Care, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the Workplace Relations department.
This is the opportunity for a Workplace Relations Advisor looking to further develop their career in a role offering variety and opportunity within a growing, innovative company. This is a hands-on role where your ER/IR expertise will be highly regarded.
Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Group Workplace Relations Manager, the role will be responsible for: Providing sound, practical advice and solutions to management in employee performance and disciplinary mattersFurther developing effective employee and industrial relations strategies, solutions, and interventions to enhance a positive workplace culture and business performanceConducting training and development of line management in employee and industrial relationsMaintaining an issues status log and providing regular ER/IR risk reportingReviewing and appraising company ER/IR policies and proceduresDesired Skills and ExperienceYou will have the following: Experience working in a large multi-site organisationSignificant experience in an employee & industrial relations role within AustraliaSound working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, and contemporary case lawDemonstrated experience with conducting, investigating, and resolving workplace mattersAdvocacy before the Fair Work Commission is an advantageExperience in report writing and reviewing policies and proceduresWhat can you expect from us?Competitive salary with salary sacrifice options availableExcellent career prospects within a fast-paced growing companyA supportive and collaborative working environmentStructured leadership development programA suite of discounts across major companiesWho we are:Cater Care is a contract catering service provider that is 100% Australian owned and operated.
