Senior Workplace Health and Safety AdvisorA key role in one of Australia's largest, most diverse and inclusive agribusiness companies.Enjoy a coastal lifestyle - located in BundabergAbout the roleThe role of Senior WHS Advisor is to support the relevant operations teams in managing site safety obligations and fostering a strong safety culture.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong collaborative relationships across all stakeholder groupsAct as the central point for all safety queries and concernsWork with operational teams to develop and implement health and safety initiativesAdvise and support operational implementation of safety policies, procedures, and practicesDeliver on-site training and organise competency assessments, coordination of safety-related external training, and maintaining the training databaseCoach and mentor Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs)Coordinate Return-To-WorkConduct safety investigations and prepare reportsTo be successful in this role you will needStrong communication skills with various stakeholders including management, employees, and contractorsCertified Return-To-Work Coordinator or willingness to obtainDriver's LicenceStrong attention to detailPrior experience using safety systems such as WHS MonitorTAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentAbout usAt Stahmann Webster, we pride ourselves on being farm-to-table producers of world-class pecans, walnuts, macadamias, and almonds.
