The Purpose:
The AP+ Workplace Services is responsible for the digital workplace of all 500+ global AP+ employees. We ensure that our colleagues can work safely with any device, wherever they are in the hybrid world. We deliver services vital to AP+'s business operations so you can make a tremendous impact when working for our team. We seek a seasoned engineer with expertise in (Microsoft) Security Services.
Primary Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities:
You are maintaining and improving our services as part of a cross-border squad of peers and customer journey experts. Employee satisfaction is key to us!
SaaS vendors constantly release new features; you will help them keep up and preferably stay ahead with our feature requests.
You and your colleagues will develop future services, automate and simplify them, and make them more robust and secure.
We are a valued partner for many big suppliers, such as Microsoft, JAMF, and others.
We are core to the Australian domestic payments network, so we are highly regulated - we must be if we want to safeguard our clients' data. This requires thorough administration and strong processes; can you automate these and make them less of a burden?
No day will be the same. We stimulate proactivity—you can choose your course for projects and other tasks whenever possible.
We provide a 24/7 global service. You will also share the team's responsibilities in solving 3rd line incidents on a rotation-based scheme and administering and participating in standby services.
We'd love to hear from you if have:
A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience managing Windows and Apple devices, coupled with Microsoft 365 and JAMF.
IT experience with Microsoft 365 technology in an enterprise-level multinational organisation, including relevant certifications to show for it; this is both Microsoft 365 and security certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, etc.).
Understand the principles of outsourcing on operational, tactical, and strategic levels with end-to-end accountability of the WPS Services delivered across multiple external and internal parties.
Worked in highly regulated environments like financial institutions before.
You have excellent communication skills, can convey complex technical topics to various audiences and can manage stakeholders on all levels within the AP+ organisation to achieve your goals.
