As a Senior Workforce Specialist, your primary focus will be on the Employee Lifecycle with a secondary focus on the development and creation of ongoing efficiencies in our HRIS, Humanforce, and our recruitment and onboarding system, Expr3ss.
Your role is crucial in ensuring we attract, hire and retain top talent, while keeping our HR systems efficient and up to date.
