Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Workforce Officer to join their team. What you'll do:
As a Senior Workforce Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of an efficient and effective workforce management function. You will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across various business groups, conducting workforce planning, supporting recruitment processes, and identifying potential risks and opportunities. Your ability to analyse practices and procedures will be essential in implementing strategies that align with the current business direction. Furthermore, your role will involve developing and implementing workforce, recruitment and resource planning tools. Building strong relationships with staff and leaders will be key to your success in this role.
Partner with key stakeholders across business groups to conduct workforce planning, support recruitment, identify workforce risks and opportunitiesAnalyse practices and procedures, implementing strategies which support current business directionDevelop, implement and embed workforce, recruitment and resource planning toolsMaintain productive working relationships with staff and leaders, proactively seeking feedback for improvementsInterpret and apply workforce data to support business groups in understanding workforce implicationsEnsure compliance with record keeping standards, procurement frameworks and financial management standards
