Senior Workforce Data Analyst

The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established to streamline services and digitize systems for the Victorian government. This role is crucial for the data compilation project required for their new SuccessFactors HCM system, ensuring seamless workforce reporting processes across DGS and its customers.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Engage with various stakeholders to meet data needs for HCM platform implementation. Lead and support workforce data aspects of the HCM project, including design, testing, and change impact assessments. Retrieve, analyze, cleanse, and transform workforce data from various sources for upload into SuccessFactors HCM. This role comes with the following benefits:
