Senior Workers – Sale & Bairnsdale

The purpose of the Senior Worker is to support the Team Manager to lead the residential care team in a collaborative way to ensure the provision of a high-quality service. They will assist residents to achieve their goals and aspirations, as determined through Individual Care and Placement Plans. You will also foster strong relationships with other elements of the young person's support system.
