Whether it's organisations, tenant settings, or EIBs, you'll keep everything running smoothly. You'll step in to shine on the Talent and Recruiting modules, too, lighting the way for our talent to learn and grow.What You'll DoTweak and Tune: Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning.Team Up: Work with HR Tech, HR Resources, Talent Acquisition, and other cool folks to turn their business needs into system magic.Fix and Finesse: Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues to keep our data clean and our customers happy. Build trust in ourselves, our team, and Workday.Optimise and Innovate: Monitor our help desk, do root cause analysis, and review our processes to make them even better.Lead and Inspire: Take the lead for enhancements and projects, driving improvements across our Workday system and our CSL processes.Stay Ahead: Keep up with Workday releases and new features and suggest the best ways to enhance our system.Analyse and Advise: Generate and analyse reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.What You Bring5+ years overall HRIS experience3+ years Workday configuration in a global work environmentBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related fieldA solid grasp of HR processes and best practicesTop-notch analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat communication skills and collaborationAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgementProficiency in Workday reporting and data analysisAbility to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in a global organisation is highly desiredOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
