About the Role: As a Senior Wills and Estate Planning Consultant, you will deliver professional, high-quality, and timely Wills and Estate Planning services. This includes drafting planning documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship. You will handle complex client matters independently and provide guidance and support to other consultants.
Key Responsibilities: Draft and execute legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments. Contribute to team performance and increase market share. Collaborate to support the delivery of professional Estate Planning services across NSW. Handle complex client matters with professionalism and expertise. About You: You believe that supporting customers to document their latest wishes is a privilege that requires warmth, support, understanding, and respect. You have experience drafting and executing Wills and Estate Planning instruments to a high standard and are willing to learn. You possess strong collaboration skills and can build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You apply a problem-solving and solution-focused approach to your work.
Essential Requirements: Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience in a relevant discipline (legal, finance, professional services, and/or government). Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Salary: $93,295 to $102,941 plus super and annual leave loading
Work Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
